During the construction process, conversions, repairs or refitting, SENA SHIP DESIGN can provide build supervision on behalf of the Client, for quality and schedule controls to prevent from poor quality work and/or delays from shipyards. This can range from occasional visits to assess build progress and handling correspondence between the Client and the shipyard, to full supervision with staff permanently on site to oversee construction.
We can also provide assistance to our clients on a project management basis. We have undertaking project management roles where we support our client from the very beginning to ensure reliable and successful project delivery, our target is to actively support our client in all phases of project execution.
